Last month I went to see Drake at the Sheffield Arena with my friend Harvey. Obviously this was another excuse to go for food!
We went to Coast to Coast which is at the centretainment, just across the road from the Arena and they basically sell American-type food. I’d been once before but it was a year or two ago so I couldn’t really remember the food except the fact it wasn’t bad.
When I arrived the place was really busy but we were seen to straight away. We skipped starters and went straight to mains. I had a buffalo chicken calzone whilst Harvey had a BBQ pulled pork. We both enjoyed our mains and the portion sizes were pretty good!

For dessert, I had an Oreo cheesecake and Harvey had sticky toffee pudding. In all honesty, I wouldn’t get the cheesecake again. It was alright but it didn’t taste completely fresh. The Oreo biscuits were too soft for my liking but the sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint!

All in all I wasn’t wowed by the food or the service. By the time we were finishing our mains, the place had emptied out by quite a bit so it was disappointing to have to ask for the bill 2/3 times before finally getting up to pay it ourselves. If it wasn’t for our honesty, we could have probably walked out without paying!
Would I go there again? Probably not unless I really had to. Don’t get me wrong, the food could have been SOOO much worse but I’d rather spend my money in an independent business that takes more care with their food than a big chain.

My ratings are as follows…
Value for money – 5/10
Atmosphere – 6/10
Choice (in terms of food) – 6/10
Overall, Coast to Coast gets 5.5/10
